FAQ'S

MINIMUMS - WHAT ARE THEY AND WHY ARE THEY THERE?

We understand that minimums can be confusing. Basically, if you have an $800 minimum, you are agreeing to spend that much before tax and gratuity. So, if you order a bottle of Grey Goose and a bottle of Patron at $425 each, you’ve satisfied your agreed upon minimum. Our menu has a nice variety so you can hit your minimum with any number of product combinations — Magnums, Rosé Champagne, etc.

Minimums vary depending on several different factors including party size, demand for tables, location desired, etc.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU BRING WITH YOU?

The more the merrier here at The Circle OC!  Just be aware that the more people you have with you, the higher your minimum for your table will be.  Any of our friendly hosts can assist you with what that will be.

DO YOU HAVE TO BUY TICKETS?

Some nights are open and some nights we are a ticketed venue. There will be times for certain shows where our VIP Table Experience clients will be asked to purchase a ticket, but those times are few and far between and the ticket price will be heavily discounted.

WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES? (TAX & SERVICE CHARGE)

There are three additional charges to your bill that you should be aware of. There is a state mandated sales tax that we are required to collect and give straight to Uncle Sam. There is also a 15% gratuity for your waitress and in some cases an additional service charge added to every table service bill.

Our additional charges are lower than comparable venues and we strive to add value at every turn.
